Misje Rederi is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an Nautical Superintendent / Deputy DPA.
Main Requirements:
- Master/Chief Officer diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in HSE work
- Good knowledge of relevant HSE legislation
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
Duties:
- Assistance in inspections and audits on ships to ensure compliance with HSE standards and regulations
- Perform risk assessments and surveys of the working environment on ships
- Develop and implement HSE plans and routines for ship workers
- Monitor and report deviations and accidents on ships and in ports
- Contribute to increasing HSE awareness within the organization, both on land and on board ships
